I recently graduated with my Masters from the School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at Stony Brook University. My research focused on elasmobranch conservation and bycatch reduction. P18 is my first oceanographic research cruise and I am excited to learn a lot on-board before entering a Ph.D. program. During the expedition, I will be measuring pH and total alkalinity with Dr. Frank Millero's team from the University of Miami.
